How do I delete my account?

Open the app → tap your profile → go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account". Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

I forgot my login

Tradiko uses Google or Apple Sign-In — there is no separate password. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used when you registered.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Contact us at tradikonicolasvidal@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel Pro subscription" and we will process it within 24 hours.

The app is not loading

Make sure you have an active internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us at tradikonicolasvidal@gmail.com.

I found a bug
